Terms and Conditions

SECCED warrants that the Equipment which bought from the mianland according indicated warranty period on each product. The warranty time start from the purcahse date(according to the formal invoice or warranty card)
 

Warranty Definition
SECCED warrants that the Equipment will, under proper use, be free from any defects due solely to faulty material and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) FULL YEAR from the date of purchase by the original end-user customer (the “Warranty Period”).
If the Equipment fails to conform to this Warranty and the purchaser notifies SECCEDor SECCED’s Distributor in writing within the Warranty Period, of any part of the Equipment supplied SECCED shall, if such part is found by us to be so defective, at our option, repair or supply a replacement for such part without charge for labour or parts.

Warranty Definition

The Warranty in all cases is given subject to the following conditions.

Inspection by SECCEDor its authorized distributor discloses to the satisfaction of SECCED that the defect has arisen from faulty material or defective workmanship;

The purchaser presenting to SECCED or its authorized distributor the original sales receiptsand serial number together with the defective equipment with in the warranty period.

Warranty Conditions

This Warranty does not cover:

Damage due to (i) acts of God or any reason beyond SECCED’s reasonable control;or (ii) misuse,including (but not limited to)failure to use the Equipment for its normal purpose in accordance with SECCED’s instructions on its proper use and maintenance; or (iii) improper operation or maintenance of the Equipment; or (iv) attempted repair by anyone other than a properly SECCED’s authorized distributor or SECCED Consumabes supplied with the equipment (such as batteries)Cosmetic Damage.Defectiveness due to normal wear and tear.

Limitation on Warranty
This Warranty shall be invalid if the manufacturer’s serial number has been altered, deleted, removed,or made illegible. The express Warranty above shall be the full extent of SECCED’s liability. Accordingly, SECCED disclaims all other liability for loss or damage howsoever caused (except for death or personal injury resulting from proved negligence) arising out of the purchase, possession, sale or use of the Equipment and all other terms, conditions, and warranties express or limited, arising out of trade usage or otherwise are hereby excluded.
In no event shall SECCED be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages including (but not limited to) any personal injuries, loss and damages of equipment, loss on property and profit or income, and rent of replacement for parts and extra cost involved, even if SECCED is informed with possibility of those damage.

Limitation of Liability
No person, including any distributor, dealer, agent or representative of SECCED is authorized to assume for SECCED any liability on its behalf or in its name.
The purchaser is not entitled to reply on any representations made either orally or in writing by or on behalf of SECCED save for those made fraudulently.
The purchaser relies entirely on its own skill and judgment in determining the fitness of any item of Equipment for any particular purpose.
